This plugin contains a set of custom enchantments for Halloween.

Installation:
Just install TE-HalloweenEnchant.jar in TokenEnchant/enchants folder. Then you can either "restart the server" or "reload the plugin (not /te reload)". Halloween enchantments will automatically be loaded into TokenEnchant framework.
