Update 2.2.0 (Colors + features)

- Added Kyori's MiniMessage system, Now you can add tags, elements at all points of the configuration following these defaults "https://docs.adventure.kyori.net/minimessage/format.html".
- Changed the entire "ChatColor" color system (&c, &6 etc...) to the new standard "Color" (<red>, <gold> etc...)
- Added Gradient System, Hex Colors and Color in all files and menus.
- It is now possible to create backpacks with name <gradient:#RGB:#RGB>, <rainbow> and <#RGB>, also with default colors "&" and <COLOR>
- Added Whitelist mode for items that can be placed in the backpack (whitelist rewrites blacklist).
- Added some optimization points for faster backpack calculations.
- Added new language system where the plugin automatically downloads new languages.
- Language files have now been moved to /language/ folder
- The commands.yml language texts have now been moved to language files
- Updated gui menu system for more efficient mode.
