Fix version support

Fixed bug: motel ownership transfers now correctly maintain WorldGuard region permissions and vault contents.

WARNING: There may be bugs or issues, so please test the plugin separately before using it in production.

• You can now disable the on-join notification in config.yml, which removes the on-join listener.
